The New Communities Program provides resources to improve the health, safety and well being of Logan Square residents and families through initiatives ranging from Ayuda Mutua (Mutual Help) activities, Parent Mentor teams in schools, health-promotion efforts through partnerships with the Chicago Park District and LSNA Health Outreach Team, and crime prevention through Safe Passage.
