The New Communities Program seeks to build community leadership and enable all residents to participate effectively in decisions affecting their lives by contintuing to cultivate and expand our circle of leadership. This includes strengthening instituitional ties and relationships to working to protect the rights of immigrants to working with youth and senior citizens in addition to expanding voter registration efforts to ensure that everyone's voice is heard.
