Uneasy Residents Await Changes at Lathrop Homes

Over the past decade, the remaining residents of the Lathrop Homes have seen the number of their neighbors dwindle, nearby units left vacant and themselves relocated in preparation for redevelopment that would change the public-housing complex to a mixed-income neighborhood.
