Lathrop Homes Press Conference Urges Daley and CHA to Keep Lathrop Affordable

Mayor Daley and the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) should preserve at least half of the housing at Lathrop Homes for low-income people the Lathrop Leadership Team told local and national media on Dec. 2.  Lathrop is a low-rise public housing development with over 850 apartments.   Lathrop residents and alumni are fighting to keep Lathrop affordable.

El Alcalde Daley y Chicago Housing Authority (CHA por sus siglas en inglés) deben preservar por lo menos la mitad de la vivienda en Lathrop Homes para gente de bajo ingreso, dijo el Equipo de Liderazgo de Lathrop Homes a la prensa local y nacional el 2 de diciembre.  Lathrop es un desarrollo de vivienda pública con más de 850 apartamentos.  Residentes actuales y anteriores están luchando para mantener a Lathrop económico.
