In Memory of Terry Rousseau

Terry Rousseau, President of the Lathrop Homes Local Advisory Council, died suddenly in October. Since October 2005, Mr. Rousseau had worked closely with the Lathrop Leadership Team, which includes residents and local organizations such as LSNA. We offer our condolences to the Rousseau family.
