“Cool Foods” Salad Bar

In 2006 as part of the CPS Cool Foods program, McAuliffe Elementary received a child-scaled salad bar in the lunchroom.  The salad bar introduced more fresh vegetable choices to McAuliffe students who can now choose a salad as and entrée or as one of their side items.
