Jr. Bike Ambassadors Bike Club Video

The bike club at Kelvyn Park High School took place in fall 2007.  An Afterschool Matters program, 12 students participated under the leadership of bike instructor Sarah Miller.  Students learned to build a bike, bike mechanics and bike safety.
 
Kelvyn Park will again host the 16 week Jr. Bike Ambassadors apprenticsehip program, starting feb 2008. A partnership between Afterschool Matters, Chicagoland Bicycle Federation, Chicago Dept of Transportation, Chicago Park District, Kelvyn Park High School and LSNA.
