As part of our 50th Anniversary, we would like to honor 50 community heroes.  These can be folks who were active a long time ago, or people who just got involved last week.  How have they helped make Logan Square a great community?  Tell us who should be recognized as one of LSNA’s 50 Community Heroes in 135 words!

Who is elegible to be an LSNA Community Hero:

1. Nominations are open to anyone who lives, work, and/or worships in Logan Square.
2. Nominations can be made for people who are deceased.
3. Nominations must be made for individuals, not groups.
